Customer Types Definition

Through this screen, you can add different customer types, such as Complaint, Suggestion, or any other category as needed.

To add a new type:

1. Click on Add Type.

2. Enter the code, Arabic name, and English name.

3. Click Save.

   You can also edit or delete existing types whenever needed.
